You should have or be about to complete: a minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree or a master’s (or equivalent) degree. Alternatively, you will need two years’ minimum relevant work experience if you hold a third class or ordinary degree, or three to five years’ relevant organisational experience if you don’t hold a recognised degree.
