The purpose of this module is to research, discuss, debate and evaluate innovation and technology transfer. You will develop an understanding of how to develop and implement technology strategy and how to develop the processes, capabilities, networks and culture to incubate, develop and execute innovation strategies. The module explores how to develop business cases and how to create and manage new products and services.
